Collegiate Licensing???

A friend of mine has a product that I think would translate nicely into the collegiate apparel market. Very unique.

Anyways, the question. Where do you go to get something collegiately licensed to put a logo on it? My friend has said if I can figure all of this out, he'll partner with me on making this product, and do a test market with Oklahoma State.

Anyone?
