In 2008, the state FBS teams suffered their first losses:

Oklahoma - Oct 11th to Texas
Oklahoma St - Oct 25th to Texas
Tulsa - Nov 1st to Arkansas.

So, Tulsa was the last team to lose in 2008. Question is:

Which state team will be the last to lose in 2009?

Oklahoma State will not be the last team to lose. You cannot be the last team to lose when you have no losses for the year. :)
