Anybody think his name carries any weight outside of Nebraska in terms of recruiting? I think he might be too long gone to make a difference.

I thought that was odd as well. If any kid is interested in Nebraska though, he will most likely know about Osborne...or at least their parents will.

Yes, a recruits parents will know who he is and that may make a big difference.
