I'll be in Reno during the OSU/Georgia game. Not sure how I feel about the first week of college football and hanging out at the sports book - so many variables.
Wait, will I get reprimanded for bringing up this topic here?

Words of wisdom: Never ever bet on a game involving a team that you follow
With that said, find a few other lines you like for the weekend and play those. Then sit back and yell for your Pokes like normal.

Never, ever let the outcome of any investment be decided by the behavior/performance of 19 yr old kids.

For those who don't follow the point spreads closely, we're favored to win:
155 Georgia Bulldogs +6 -110
156 Oklahoma State Cowboys -6 -110
Hypothetically speaking, if I were to bet on this game, I think I'd go with our guys to cover.

See, I wouldn't have a problem throwing down some money during Conference games when you have a general idea what to expect between teams. But these early season non-conference games - geesh.
Watching the PAC-10 and Big 12 and might just choose a few games that I feel comfortable with. Not betting the farm or anything.
