MLB fans in Oklahoma, got a question..

I've always kind of wondered who the majority of MLB fans in Oklahoma chose to cheer for? What team do ya'll get to see the most of on television?

Rangers?
Astros?
Cardinals?
Royals?

Likewise for the NFL, who do the majority of Oklahoman's like? I would guess the Cowboys here for obvious reasons, but baseball seems a little fuzzier to me.

I think in northeastern OK, the Cardinals are the team of choice, whereas in southern and western OK the Rangers are the team. The Royals have been so bad for so long that their fan base has eroded over time. The Yankees still have a foothold due to Mickey Mantle and their years of success.
Your right about the NFL as it is overwhelmingly Cowboy country (unless you count the Sooners...they've been a professional outfit since WWII).

We are in the MLB blackout zone for the Cards, Rangers, Astros and Royals. In OKC we get the Cards, Rangers and Astros
The Cards have a pretty large base in Oklahoma (Tulsa was their AAA team for a very long time), and the Rangers are pretty strong, their AAA is in OKC. Denver has picked up a following with the AA team in Tulsa.

The Cardinal's were the western most MLB team until the Athletics move to Kansas City in 1955. The Cardinal games could be heard in Oklahoma City. There were Oklahoma players on that team starting with Pepper Martin. They had great teams and garnered a strong following in Oklahoma for many years and through the golden years of baseball. Yes, it was not difficult to be a Yankee fan with the stars that the Yankees had that called Oklahoma home.
