Was in attendance for the frustrating loss to A&M. While Sean can't make Free Throws or hit shots for the team, he will need to do a better job of juggling the game at the end.
-We continue to want to work the clock near the end of the game. I passionately disagree with this. We have a team that needs a full 20-24 seconds to get a good shot. We have been consistently ignoring the behavior or our current team and are reflecting on our old teams that could cut of screens for open shot by starting an offense with 12 seconds to go.
-Our best free throw shooters need to be on the line. Eaton and Harris rarely made the line versus A&M. Marcus for as good as he was early in the season from the line, well, he is regressed a bit. Anderson needs a swift kick in the rear. He has a pure jump shot, but looks horrible from the line. No bouncing of the ball just give me the ball and I will shot put it up there. Usually after his first miss on a two shot foul, he will remember to bend his knees and get up on his toes on the follow through. Someone needs to get in his face before the first shot and remind him.
-Harris has been good on the road and a tad short at home. Crunch time for a shot, Obi needs to be in his spot. Our three for a quick shot near the buzzer is Obi, Anderson and Harris. Harris was off at home, Anderson has had two game type shots in a row, let's get Obi out there.
-I would like to see our FG percentage coming out of a break. I find it incredible that Sean needs to motion with his hands to get the offense to rotate even after coming out of a time out. Did they not listen at all during the commerical?
-It will be good seeing us on the road tonight. If we play hard we should be in the game. This team needs to learn how to feed off of the opposing team's home crowd.
